Our Large 4.2 x 2.7 metre rental cabin features a generous double room, fully insulated in the floor, walls, and ceiling for year-round comfort. The cabin is equipped with carpeted or lino flooring, a window blind, and door curtains, ensuring privacy and warmth. It includes a set of steps and a 20-meter power lead that can connect to either a standard household 3-point socket or a larger outdoor caravan plug. Ideal as an additional bedroom, sleepout, or home office.

Terms:

  • $95 per week + $380 Bond + Delivery/pickup fee to an easy access flat site (starting from $650 for Whangarei/Hikurangi/Ruakaka up to $850 Mangawhai/Dargaville/Helena Bay).
    ($1125 - $1325 total to be paid prior to delivery)

Cottage Cabin - 5.5m x 2.7m

Our Cottage 5.5 x 2.7 metre rental cabin is a large living or working space, fully insulated in the floor, walls, and ceiling, with carpet floor coverings, blinds on the windows, and curtains on the doors.
It comes with a set of steps and a 20 metre power lead which can be either plugged into a normal household 3-point power plug or a larger outdoor caravan plug.
Perfect for an extra bedroom/sleepout with enough room for sleeping and a lounge/office living space.

Terms:

  • $140 per week + $560 Bond + Delivery/pickup fee to an easy access flat site (starting from $650 for Whangarei/Hikurangi/Ruakaka up to $850 Mangawhai/Dargaville/Helena Bay).
    ($1350 - $1550 total to be paid prior to delivery)

Fully insulated in the floor, walls, and ceiling, the cabin includes lino flooring, window blinds, and door curtains for added comfort and privacy.
It comes with a two set of steps and a 20 metre power lead which can be either plugged into a normal household 3-point power plug or a larger outdoor caravan plug.
Perfect for an extra bedrooms / sleepout for multiple people or for those wanting a bedroom with additional lounge/office living space.
